HSI's General Education Sessions: HSI is expanding its education program to include quarterly teleconference sessions about specific topics within HFS's utilization review program. 

HSI's Web-based System: USER FRIENDLY - SAFE & EFFICIENT - TOTALLY CONVENIENT!   Hospitals that use HSI’s Web-based system gain numerous benefits including: a faster, effective transfer of information on our secure database and a feature to check real-time review certification status. To register for a comprehensive Web-training session, please fill out the request form below and submit it to us.

 An overview of the review process for pre- and post-payment retrospective reviews, explaining the various timelines for processing and information needed to submitting medical records.

  • Input additional information for pended requests.

Our Web-based review system is convenient, efficient, and secure. Training sessions are held on- or off-site.  Off-site meetings require an Internet and telephone connection.
